2015 SPTS Continuous Improvement Showcase Day
Jun 15, 2021As part of SPTS’s Continuous Improvement strategy, we held our 2nd CI Showcase Event in August 2015, where employees could present their own cost-saving projects which they had created, planned, and managed in small teams. In 2015, the company focused specifically on training apprentices and graduate trainees in Lean Manufacturing Techniques and the Showcase Event was to recognize and reward the participants. The winning projects were chosen by a group of external judges, from the EEF organisation and local suppliers.
